Financial & Insurance

It is our goal to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We strive to find a form of payment suitable to you; therefore, we also offer the Orthodontist Fee Plan from Capital One as an outside financing source, with no down payment needed. We provide an interest-free payment plan with a down payment at our office.

If you can pay for your treatment in full, you have the added bonus of receiving a special discount. If you pay in full by cash or check at the start of treatment, you will receive a 7% discount. For payment in full by Visa, MasterCard or Discover, you will receive a 3% discount.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
